Portionary helps you log food and track nutrition for the people in your household. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for the information you enter, including ingredients, recipes, weights, and targets, and for the exports you choose to share.

Portionary is a food logging tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

Nutrition values are estimates derived from the data you enter and from public food databases. Review them and talk to a qualified professional before relying on them for any health decision.

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide. When you use household sync or another online feature, you give Portionary and its service providers permission to process that content only as needed to operate the feature, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Do not submit content you do not have permission to use or sensitive information that does not belong in a food log.

Household sync, text drafting, and food lookups depend on the network and on third party services. They may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect, and Portionary keeps working without them.

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the hosted systems, overload the infrastructure, or use these features for unrelated or abusive activity.

If you install the app through the App Store or Google Play, that marketplace's terms also apply.

For Apple App Store downloads, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may apply unless the app provides a custom license for your region.

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Portionary disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Portionary will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, inaccurate nutrition figures, or decisions you make based on app output.

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
